Thank you for your interest in making blankets for our deployed soldiers! We have made some changes to our program and are no longer acting as a distribution point for blankets. We are asking all the volunteers to join forces with Operation Top Knot and assist with getting the blankets directly to our soldiers. This step saves with postage costs and delay to make sure our limited resources are best deployed in getting blankets to daddies and their babies.
To join, visit the Operation Top Knot page and sign up as an “angel.”
As an angel, you’ll see requests from soldiers and their families for needed baby items. Choose a soldier that you’d like to help, and send a blanket directly to them. Here’s some of the information you’ll need for your package:
Download the pattern here - or, make your own blanket! The best blankets are made of at least 50% cotton yarn and are about 14″x21″.

Pack your blanket in a zippered bag and send to your selected soldier. Be sure to note your gifts on the Operation Top Knot page.
Thank you so much for your efforts toward this cause. We are grateful for your time, your love, and your commitment to making sure every baby knows their daddy!
